I miss marja and sieni picking in Finland, and the ruisleipä. Such interesting culture and food. Here's the recipe for the Walnut Hemp Burger from The Thrive Diet:

In food processor, mix the following:
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. hemp seeds
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil, hemp oil, or other kind of oil
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
sea salt to taste

Form to make 2 large patties (or three smaller). You can eat these raw or fry them in a lightly oiled pan. Or you can bake in the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.

Enjoy!

JenJenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02152164610783590294noreply@blogger.com
