this is small post for my cookings which I have done since last weeks..
I found this recipe ( http://http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/05/cabbage-nori-rolls.html ) for cabbadge nori-rolls in Susan`s great blog and I love it!
This is picture of my littlebit "fake japanese" lunch, including some tofu-vegetable stirfry and norirolls+ wasabi, gari and soy sauce for dipping(that teabag-holder is my soy sauce cup..) and also some asparagus served with sweet & sour sauce(staight from bottle..). Wery nice salad combination in this time. I like nori-seaweed so much, but I`m not good to invent some new recipes where I can use it.
So, if anyone have good tips for using more nori in cooking,
come on and post yur tip in my blog! ;)

Beautiful picture! I have no nori advice for you, but I'd take some of those rolls off your hands!
What a nice set-up. The food looks delicious!
I use nori for everything. cut it in strips and add it to soups, salads, on rice with green tea, roast it and eat on its own etc etc etc!
I eat nori plain- toasted, with some brown rice. Mmmmmm.
Those cabbage rolls sound awesome, though!
You have reminded me that I haven't made sushi in a while...
so serenely beautiful
